Seahawks and Delta Air Lines Extend Partnership

The Seattle Seahawks announced today a multi-year partnership extension with Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) as the Official Airline of the Seattle Seahawks.

RENTON, Wash. -The Seattle Seahawks announced today a multi-year partnership extension with Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) as the Official Airline of the Seattle Seahawks. 

"We are pleased to extend our partnership with Delta Air Lines," said Seahawks President Peter McLoughlin. "Together we are aligned to deliver exceptional services to our fans at CenturyLink Field and in the Delta Sky360 Club Level."

Delta will continue to title the Delta Sky360 Club at CenturyLink Field. The Delta Sky360 Club spans nearly 75,000 square feet and offers panoramic views of both CenturyLink Field and the city of Seattle. The exclusive club level also includes in-seat food and beverage ordering and themed bar areas.

"From enhancing the fan experience at the Delta Sky360 Club, to flying the Seahawks to away games, and everything in between, three years of partnership has flown by," said Mike Medeiros, Delta's Vice President - Seattle. "As the Official Airline of the Seahawks, we look forward to supporting our Hawks and the 12s both at the airport and on the field for many years to come."

As part of the partnership extension, the Seahawks rebranded their five-state, 48 station radio network the Delta Air Lines Radio Network. Steve Raible and Warren Moon call the action with Jen Mueller as sideline reporter every game during the preseason and regular season.

Delta is also giving 12s the opportunity to win a trip to see the Seahawks play at every road game in 2015. Fans may enter throughout the season at www.seahawks.com/delta or in the Delta Sky360 Club level during home games at CenturyLink Field.

Delta is the second largest carrier at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, offering customers more than 100 peak-day departures to more than 30 destinations, including eight long-haul international destinations in Europe and Asia. By June 2016, Delta will operate more than 140 peak-day departures to 44 destinations, up from 43 peak-day departures to 18 destinations in June 2013, and the airline's expansion at Sea-Tac is estimated to contribute $571 million annually in total economic output.

The airline has also invested $15 million in its facilities at Sea-Tac, including its Delta Sky Club and lobby renovations, Sky Priority services, new gate area power recharging stations, expanded ticket counters and enhancements to the international arrivals area.
