The Seahawks added offensive line help Monday, signing former Arizona Cardinals tackle Bradley Sowell to a one-year contract.

Sowell, who is listed as 6-foot-7, 315 pounds, came into the NFL as an undrafted free agent out of Mississippi, originally signing with Tampa Bay in 2012. Sowell joined the Cardinals in 2013 and ended up starting the final 12 games of that season at left tackle, his only NFL starts.
