If there is an award for the best Halloween costume among NFL athletes, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson might take the cake.
The Seahawks quarterback celebrated the holiday this year by dressing up as head coach Pete Carroll, nailing all of the details from head to toe: Carroll's grey hair, his headset, gum chewing, khaki pants, long-sleeved Seahawks shirt and even his white Nike Air Monarchs. He shared the experience on his app, Trace Me.
Wilson took his costume to another level Tuesday when he posted a video clip to his Instagram story where he mimicked Carroll drawing up plays on a white board and coaching on the Seahawks sideline.

Wilson dressed up as Carroll on his weekly visit to Seattle Children's Hospital where he visits ill patients and their families. Carroll (jokingly) said Wednesday during his press conference with the media that he wasn't too fond of Wilson's costume.
"I thought that was really bad," Carroll said. "I can't believe it. I don't know what the heck he was thinking. Can't he do something better on his day off? Geez. But the shoes looked sweet."
