The impact of Seattle fans had such an impact on the success of the team in the 1980's that Seahawks President Mike McCormack retired the number 12 jersey on December 15, 1984 forever. A tribute to the best fans in the NFL.

The 12 Flag
In 2003, the 12s were honored once again, this time with a flag. The tradition of the 12 Flag began October 12, 2003, when 12 original season ticket holders hoisted the flag prior to kickoff.
12th MAN Ball
Sunday, November 27th 2005 in a dramatic overtime win, the Seahawks defeated the New York Giants who were called for 11 false start penalties and 3 missed field goals — Courtesy of the the 12th MAN's vocal support. Coach Mike Holmgren dedicated the game ball to the 12th MAN the following day. The ball, now known as the 12th MAN Ball, resides in the club level at Lumen Field.
Beastquake
January 8, 2011 Seahawks fans literally shook the Earth during the NFL playoff game against the New Orleans Saints. Century Link Field erupted with excitement during the 4th quarter when Marshawn Lynch made an astonishing 67-yard touchdown run, broke half a dozen tackles, and put the Seahawks up 41-30 over the Saints.

Terri Fletcher, a Kirkland native, proudly serves as the President of the Kirkland Sea Hawkers, a group that she helped establish in 2017. She has been a dedicated Season Ticket Holder since 1994, proving her loyalty to the Seahawks. She is responsible for organizing spirited team send-offs for every away game, where she fosters a sense of community and excitement. She perfectly embodies the passion and dedication that Seahawks fans are known for.
Beyond her contributions to the fan community, she is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others, working to support those in need and ensuring that everyone feels included and valued. Terri is a real estate broker based in Kirkland, where she helps her clients find their forever homes. Terri works closely with Old Dog Haven, Meow Rescue, and the Pantry Pack Program that works with the Lake Washington School District Food Insecurity program. Terri's unwavering enthusiasm and generosity truly inspires those around her, solidifying her status as a top tier fan.
