Seattle Seahawks Gameday Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I pick up an autism toolkit? What is included?

Fans can pick up a toolkit at the SW Guest Services Location in Olympic Hall, just south of the Pro Shop. The toolkits include noise cancelling headphones, ear plugs, sensory toys, a detailed schedule to help keep track of the game and an "I'M A-OK" identifier badge. The identifier badge can be worn as a sticker or band, displayed on a lanyard or kept in a wallet. The I'M A-OK symbol will help Seahawks fans recognize that a person has autism and give them an opportunity to help or simply be more patient, if necessary.

Additionally, we have a sensory room available for fans at the SW Guest Services Location.

If someone is using obscene language or disrupting my gameday experience, who should I contact?

You can text "HAWK12" to 69050 at any point during the game to report fan activity that has disrupted your enjoyment of the game or to report spills or housekeeping issues that require attention. You may also contact the nearest usher or event staff member.

I'm coming straight from the airport to the game (or going from the game to the airport). Can I store my luggage at the stadium?

Unfortunately, we do not have a place to store luggage at Lumen Field. Clear bags that are 12" x 6" x 12" or smaller are allowed in the stadium provided that they do not contain items on our prohibited items list.

What beverages can I bring into the stadium?

Full factory sealed plastic bottled water may be brought into the stadium for Seahawks games. Caps should be left ON. Also, empty personal plastic sports bottles will be permitted. Please note that cans, glass, thermos, or other containers are not permitted. Exceptions are made for baby bottles, beverages related to medical needs, and unopened, soft-sided single-serve containers (ie. juice boxes).

What food can I bring into the stadium?

Seahawks fans may bring food into Lumen Field and Lumen Field Event Center on game days in clear plastic bags only. Coolers and large backpacks are prohibited on Seahawks game days.

Do children need a ticket to attend a Seahawks game?

Children who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to a Seahawks game. Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children.

Where can I find a specific food or beverage item?

For all offerings please visit our Food & Beverage page. You can also check out specific locations for your favorite vendors and items with our Concession Guide.

Why can't I bring my mixed drink back to my seats?

This is a WA State Liquor Control Board policy which states that hard alcohol remain in a "controlled area". For example, the Club Loft or Club Lounge. No hard alcohol is permitted in the bowl.

How do I know if my seats are under cover?

The majority of the seats in Lumen Field are protected from the elements. The following general outline will serve to assist fans in determining whether or not their seats are covered. This information is weather and wind speed/direction contingent. Generally, the east side is known as the "sunny side", and in addition, will be more exposed to the elements.

  • Field/Main Level Cover: Cover begins at Rows Z-AA of the 100 level sideline seats
  • North End Zone and Hawks Nest: No covered seating
  • South End Zone: Cover only in last two rows, QQ and PP
  • Delta Sky360 Club Level: All seating covered

Where you do recommend parking on a single game basis?

Since all of our on-site parking is sold out, we recommend the Union Station Garage on 4th Ave. or the Mariners Garage adjacent to T-Mobile Park. There are also a variety of private lots located south of T-Mobile Park or north of Lumen Field around Pioneer Square.

If I carry a disabled placard, can I park on-site in the North Lot or Lumen Field Garage?

Unfortunately not. These locations are sold out on a full-season basis. If you do not have a prepaid season parking pass, you will not be able to park at either location. We do however have an ADA drop off area on 1st Ave. S and Charles St. S, right in front of the Pro Shop on the west side of Lumen Field. This is a great place to drop off guests while you find alternate parking.

Where is the dedicated passenger drop-off area at Lumen Field?

The drop-off area is located on the west side of Lumen Field in front of the Pro Shop. The only way to access the drop off area is from 1st Ave. S and Charles St. S. This area is available both before and after every game. Please be patient and follow police instructions as this area can get congested close to game time.

I am a Season Ticket Holder and would like to purchase a full-season parking pass. Is there anything available?

Parking passes are extremely limited. Please contact your Account Representative at (888) NFL-HAWK to discuss any available options. Our North Lot and Lumen Field Garage are completely sold out, but we sometimes have options available in nearby garages.

Is there RV Parking available at Lumen Field?

No, due to limited space we are unable to offer RV parking at Lumen Field.

Where can I find pregame traffic and parking updates?

Tune your radio to KIRO 710AM. They will provide traffic updates and suggestions as to where to park if you are not a pass holder.

Does Lumen Field offer private nursing areas?

Yes, we are pleased to offer several Nursing Lounges throughout the stadium. Locations are as follows:

Tailgating is not permitted on Lumen Field property. We encourage all ticketed guests to visit our indoor "Ticketmaster Tailgate" located inside the Lumen Field Event Center starting 3 hours prior to kickoff.

What is Ticketmaster Tailgate?

The newly renamed space located inside the Lumen Field Event Center, is the premier Seahawks pregame football experience for fans of all ages.
Open 3 hours before kickoff, fans can show off their skills at the Gaming Zone, enjoy value-priced concessions, grab a drink at the Sports Bar (21+), or shop the latest Seahawks gear at The Pro Shop. Plus, younger fans can explore the Kids Zone with games, inflatables and more!

The Seahawks do not sell away game tickets. Please call the home team or go to primesport.com for travel packages.

I see people selling tickets outside of the stadium. Is this legal?

It is illegal to sell tickets at any price on Lumen Field property. We have added extra security and police patrols to help deter this bothersome practice.

Is it safe to buy tickets off the street? They claim to have some great seats.

It is absolutely NOT safe to buy tickets from anyone selling on the street. Most of the time these tickets are counterfeit or have been reported lost or stolen.
