- Saturday's game will be the eighth meeting between the two clubs in the preseason, with Seattle leading the series, 4-3. The teams faced off last season, with a 27-26 loss on August 26 in Dallas.
- Seattle's roster ranks third in the league with 63 players 25 years old or younger behind the Rams and Green Bay who have 67 and 64, respectively.
