Free agents Russell Wilson and Ciara have agreed to new terms. The NFL's highest rated passer proposed during a beach picnic at sunset while on a recent European vacation.

Wilson and Ciara announced their engagement via Instagram and Twitter, with a video showing off her ring, and a photo of Wilson on one knee.
