Defensive end Damontre Moore, who finished the 2016 season on injured reserve for the Seahawks, has agreed to terms on a free agent deal with the Dallas Cowboys.
Moore, 24, had a short stint in Seattle, originally signing with the club last November. He recorded seven tackles and a half-sack through four games in a Seahawks uniform before a foot setback that had forced him to miss three games ended his season on December 21. A third-round draft pick in 2013 by the New York Giants, Moore now heads back to his NFC East roots.
Moore joins kicker Steven Hauschka and linebacker Brock Coyle as players to land elsewhere since NFL free agency opened last Thursday. Former Jacksonville Jaguars offensive lineman Luke Joeckel has been the Seahawks' lone addition thus far.
