October 14, 2012: Cortez Kennedy's Number Is Retired

After 11 seasons, 167 games and being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame, the Seahawks hung Cortez Kennedy's jersey from the rafters.

October 14, 2018: International Team

The Seahawks played their first-ever regular-season international game defeating the Oakland Raiders 27-3 in London's Wembley Stadium.

October 17, 2010: Marshawn Lynch's First Seahawks Game

Marshawn Lynch plays first game for the franchise against the Chicago Bears. Following the game, has "Charlie's Pops" moment in the locker room.

October 19, 2004: Jerry Rice To The Seahawks

The Seahawks traded a conditional draft choice to the Oakland Raiders for WR Jerry Rice.

October 19, 2014: Russell Wilson Sets NFL Record

At St. Louis, Russell Wilson became the first player in NFL history to pass for 300 or more yards and rush for 100 or more in the same game. Wilson rushed for 106 yards with 313 passing yards.
