Voting for the 2016 Pro Bowl is now open and 12s can help send their favorite Seahawks players to Hawaii by casting a ballot at Seahawks.com/ProBowl.
One player worthy of your vote is strong safety Kam Chancellor, whose late-game interception of a Landry Jones pass helped seal a 39-30 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers this past weekend at Seattle's CenturyLink Field.
A three-time Pro Bowler since entering the NFL as a fifth-round draft pick in 2010, Chancellor's 67 tackles are third-most on the team this season. In Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals, Chancellor broke a 37-year club record for most tackles in a game with 19, passing up the previous record of 18 set by Terry Beeson (1977) and Sammy Green (1978). On the year, Chancellor has two interceptions and one game-saving forced fumble of wide receiver Calvin Johnson, who had the ball jarred loose by Chancellor at Seattle's 1-yard line with less than two minutes to play to preserve a 13-10 Week 4 win for the Seahawks over the Detroit Lions.
Fan balloting for the 2016 Pro Bowl concludes on Tuesday, Dec. 15 and Pro Bowl players will be announced the following week on Tuesday, Dec. 22 during a live segment on NFL Network.
