The Seattle Seahawks are hitting the road for their Divisional round matchup against the Atlanta Falcons, but there are still several ways for 12s to enjoy Blue Friday in the Seattle area and down south. Here's how:
Seattle Area
There are two events for fans in the Seattle area to partake on Blue Friday.
The cities of Everett and Redmond will be hosting fan activities shortly after former Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice raises the 12 Flag atop the Space Needle at 9 a.m.
Beginning around 11 a.m., Seahawks legends Brock Huard and Sean Locklear, plus members of the Sea Gals, Blue Thunder and Blitz will be joined by Everett County Executive Dave Somers and Mayor Ray Stephanson for a traditional pep rally and ceremonial flag raising at Snohomish County Plaza located on 3000 Rockefeller Ave. More details about the Everett rally can be viewed here.
Secondly, beginning approximately 1 p.m., the Seahawks crew will be joined by representatives from the city of Redmond for another pep rally and flag raising at Center Court, located at the Redmond Town Center (7525 166th Ave., NE). For information about the Redmond rally, follow this link.
Atlanta
Join Seahawks legends Jeff Bryant, Ricardo Lockette, David Sims and Byron Walker for a fan rally in preparation for the playoff slate at STATS sports bar, an ultimate location to watch sports and enjoy a meal with friends and family.
The event takes place from 7 p.m. (ET) until midnight. For additional information about parking, door prizes and more, visit the rally's Facebook page, which you can view here. A portion of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Cliff Avril Family Foundation.
STATS

The Seahawks encourage fans that are unable to attend either of the events to share their team spirit throughout the day on social media using the hashtags #Seahawks and #TGIBF.
