Each season since 2016, Tyler Lockett has increased his total receptions. In the 2020 season, his catch count blew past any other Seahawks receiver in history. Doug Baldwin and Bobby Engram previously held the record, each with 94 catches in a single season.

Needing 7 catches to break the record in the Week 17 matchup against San Francisco, Lockett went off with 12 receptions for 90 yards and 2 touchdowns.

  • 2016: 41 receptions
  • 2017: 45 receptions
  • 2018: 57 receptions
  • 2019: 82 receptions
  • 2020: 100 receptions

Additionally, Lockett passed 1,000 receiving yards for the second season in a row. He moves to 5th place all time in Seahawks receiving yards, passing Bobby Engram's 4,859 set in 2008.

With Lockett and DK Metcalf both over 1,000 yards on the season, they join Brian Blades and Joey Galloway (1995) as only the second receiving duo to each hit that mark in Seahawks history.
