J.D. McKissic Active, Shamar Stephen Inactive For Seahawks vs. 49ers

Notes on the pregame inactive lists ahead of Seattle's Week 13 game vs. San Francisco.

Running back J.D. McKissic will make his 2018 debut for the Seahawks in their Week 13 game against the San Francisco 49ers. As expected, McKissic, who was activated from the injured reserve list earlier in the week, is active for Sunday's game.

"He did great, he really did," Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said Friday. "He did a marvelous job getting ready to come back—he looked terrific last week too—we just kind of wanted to make sure we took enough time to make sure he could respond to a week's work and all of that; he did, he had a terrific week, and we're anxious to see him run the football."

The Seahawks will be without defensive tackle Shamar Stephen, who was listed as questionable with a foot injury. Stephen, who has been on the injury report much of the season with a foot injury, was able to practice on Friday.

Also out due to injury are linebacker K.J. Wright (knee), who was ruled out on Friday, and fullback Tre Madden (chest) and safety Shalom Luani (quadriceps) who were both listed as doubtful.

Linebacker Emmanuel Ellerbee is active after being promoted from the practice squad on Saturday. Ellerbee replaced C.J. Prosise on the roster, with the running back being placed on injured reserve with an abdomen injury.
