Former University of Washington wide receiver Kevin Smith was on and off the Seahawks' roster last offseason.

Smith is back on, after he was one of seven players signed by the team on Monday.

Also signed were William and Mary quarterback R.J. Archer; Pittsburgh guard C.J. Davis, who also was with the team during training camp last year; Hawaii long snapper Luke Ingram; Wisconsin linebacker Brendan Kelly; Colorado defensive end Will Pericak; and Miami center Jared Wheeler.

Davis also is the only player in the group with NFL experience. He played in 14 games during his previous NFL stops with the Carolina Panthers (2010-11) and Denver Broncos (2012).
