Linebacker Terence Garvin, who spent the 2017 NFL season in Seattle with the Seahawks, signed a free-agent deal with the Miami Dolphins on Wednesday.
Garvin saw action in 15 games and made three starts this past season for Seattle after initially joining the team as a free agent last March. He competed for playing time at the Seahawks' strongside linebacker spot and saw significant snaps on special teams, totaling 25 tackles, 1.0 sack, a pass defensed, and a forced fumble.
With Wednesday's signing the sixth-year pro Garvin, who spent his first three years with the Steelers and 2016 with Washington, moves on to his fourth NFL club.
