SEATTLE, Wash. --As expected, defensive end Michael Bennett and punter Jon Ryan are active for Saturday's game against the Arizona Cardinals nine days after leaving the Seahawks' last game with injuries.
Bennett, who injured his neck making a tackle for loss in Seattle's Week 15 win over the Rams, and Ryan, who suffered a concussion at the end of a 26-yard run on a fake punt, both returned to practice this week, and were not on Friday's final injury report, indicating they would be playing Saturday. With those two able to play, running back C.J. Prosise (shoulder) is the only player inactive due to injury for the Seahawks.
With Garry Gilliam taking back the starting role at right tackle after losing the job to Bradley Sowell for the past three games, Sowell is inactive Saturday.
While one just-signed running back, J.D. McKissic, is inactive, another, Terrence Magee is active. Magee has experience in Seattle's offense, having briefly spent time with the Seahawks earlier this season. He carried three times for 12 yards in Seattle's Week 3 win over San Francisco.
The Cardinals are missing starting left tackle D.J. Humphries, who is inactive due to a concussion, as well as starting cornerback Marcus Cooper, who is out with a back injury. Arizona also put All-Pro safety Tyrann Mathieu on injured reserve Friday.
