Good morning, 12s.

Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Monday, April 20 - about your Seattle Seahawks:

2015 Schedule Out Tomorrow

In this past Friday's Round-Up, we noted the 2015 NFL schedule would be released this week. Now, the NFL has told us the exact date and time.

This year's schedule will be announced on Tuesday, April 21 at 5 p.m. PT. NFL Network will begin live coverage of the release at that time and the Seahawks' full schedule will be available right here at Seahawks.com.

Seattle's 2015 opponents were finalized last December and its 2015 preseason schedule was unveiled earlier this month. Tuesday's news will let us know the exact dates and times of each matchup, including how many games the Seahawks will have in primetime.

Offseason Program Underway

Several Seahawks players are back at Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center this morning for the official start of the team's offseason program. It marks the first day of nine-week voluntary workouts that will be conducted in three phases.

Phase One, which begins today, consists of the first two weeks of the program with activities limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation only.

Phase Two consists of the next three weeks of the program. On-field workouts may include individual player instruction and drills as well as team practice conducted on a "separates" basis. No live contact or team offense vs. team defense drills are permitted.

Phase Three consists of the next four weeks of the program. Teams may conduct a total of 10 days of organized team practice activity, or "OTAs". No live contact is permitted, but 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills are permitted.

The Seahawks will hold Organized Team Activities (OTAs) May 26-27, May 29, June 1-2, June 4, and June 8-11. Seattle will also hold a mandatory three-day minicamp June 16-18.

The offseason program, OTAs, and three-day minicamp are not open to the public.

Tweet Of The Day

Today's "Tweet of the Day" comes from wide receiver Doug Baldwin, who shares a team photo from the Seahawks' time in the Hawaiian Islands, where quarterback Russell Wilson led a player-organized offseason program this past week.
