On Tuesday, the Cleveland Browns introduced a new look uniform for the 2015 season.
And it got us thinking about when the Seattle Seahawks introduced their new look uniforms back in April of 2012, when the NFL introduced Nike as the official uniform provider of the league and the Seahawks were the only club to have a complete makeover with even a new logo. Like the Browns, the Seahawks showcased three new color schemes with nine different possible uniform combinations.
It was in the fashion hub of the western hemisphere - New York City - where Kam Chancellor served as model to the new look tagged as "The New Look of Intimidation" during a massive Nike reveal event. Many of the ammenities found on the Seahawks design seemed to have been taken into consideration in the creation of the Browns new uniforms including a recognition of the fan base with "Dawg Pound" embroidered inside the collar whereas the Seahawks have the number "12."
What are your thoughts on this new take on one of the oldest franchises in the league?
