The Seahawks and the NFL's other 31 teams will find out their 2020 schedule on Thursday, the league announced Monday.
The schedule will be released at 5 p.m. Pacific Time with the NFL Network airing a three-hour Schedule Release '20 show. The schedule will also be released on NFL.com and the NFL app.
The Seahawks' opponents for the 2020 season are already known. In addition to their usual home and road games against the NFC West, the Seahawks will also play the NFC East, the AFC East, and their like finishers in the NFC North and South, Minnesota and Atlanta, respectively.
Home: Arizona, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco, Dallas, New York Giants, New England, New York Jets, Minnesota.
Away: Arizona, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco, Washington, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami, Buffalo.
The NFL announced earlier in the day that there will be no international games this year, so that won't be a possibility for the Seahawks, who play road games against three teams—Atlanta, Miami and Arizona—that had previously been scheduled to play international games.
