The full audio file is embedded for you above and a few highlights are laid out for you below.

(On playing on ESPN's Monday Night Football...) "It's always special. Got the whole country watching, being home, playing in front of the 12s, it'll be really special tonight."

(On how the players handle playing at night...) "It does become a long day for them, but we try to set up a great routine so they're kind of used to it. We just want to have as many primetime games as home as we possibly can."

(On playing the Cincinnati Bengals next week on a short week...) "Cincinnati played a heck of a game yesterday against Kansas City, so our guys were out there advancing that game and they say they looked real good. But any of these weeks, they're so scheduled. Our performance staff, Sam Ramsden and his group do a great job of preparing the guys for what the week's going to look like. So they know ahead of time, so tonight getting their rest, getting off their feet tomorrow, and moving on the to the next game."

(On Thomas Rawls starting at running back for Marshawn Lynch...) "He's a hard-charger. He's a short-stepper, but he's a guy that runs the ball with a lot of authority. Did a lot of great stuff his last year in college, started at Michigan and finished strong. He had a great camp, it was pretty exciting to see him progressing all the way through and he just did a great job."

(On Thomas Rawls having the nickname 'Beast Mode' in college at Central Michigan...) "He's a tough individual, just like Marshawn. Just an extremely tough guy."

(On Jordan HIll filling in at nose tackle for Brandon Mebane...) "Yes, he's done a really good job. He's come back from the groin injury and played well. Jordan's done a real nice job stepping in for Brandon, so we'll see how those guys do. It'll be good for us to see David King tonight. He'll be wearing No. 93 and he had a real nice training camp for us as well, a real good preseason."

(On what he's seen from the Detroit Lions...) "This is a very good football team that just hasn't had things go their way so far this season. You talk about Golden Tate and Calvin [Johnson] and [Ameer] Abdullah, [Theo] Riddick is a real nice third-down back for them, the quarterback is a very accurate guy - he got knocked around a little bit last week, then DeAndre Levy is not playing tonight which is a pretty big deal for them, but then they're getting Ziggy Ansah back from BYU, so that's going to help their pass rush. This is a good football team. Everybody talks about the four quarters of a season and things just haven't necessarily rolled their way so far, but there's a lot of talent on that team."

Take a look at the photos from the Seahawks' 13-10 thrilling victory against the Lions, which made it their 10th Monday Night Football game win in a row.
