Seahawks Running Back Marshawn Lynch Opens The Scoring at San Francisco with 1-yard Touchdown Run

Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch gave the Seahawks a 7-0 first quarter lead on a 1-yard touchdown run.

SANTA CLARA - Marshawn Lynch has had plenty of success against San Francisco and the Seahawks' "Beast Mode" running back didn't take long to get going again on Thursday night at the home of the 49ers.

Lynch carried nine times for 38 yards on Seattle's opening offensive possession, capping the team's 12-play, 61-yard drive with a 1-yard touchdown run.

The scoring play marks the Seahawks' second offensive touchdown in the first quarter of games this season and the 50th rushing touchdown for Lynch since 2011, an NFL-high.
