The Seahawks entire 2015 NFL Draft class is now officially under contract.
Defensive end Frank Clark and wide receiver/return specialist Tyler Lockett - the team's first two picks in this year's draft - were the final two draftees to have their deals finalized. The pair signed with Seattle on Tuesday afternoon.
"This will forever be a memorable day for me!! God I love you so much! You have truly blessed me beyond what I ever wanted #May26 #2015," Lockett tweeted shortly before the team announced the news.
The Seahawks took Clark out of Michigan in round two (No. 63 overall) and traded up to select Lockett out of Kansas State in round three (No. 69).
The 6-foot-3, 272-pound Clark figures to work as an edge rusher in the Seahawks' defensive line rotation, while the 5-foot-10, 182-pound Lockett will compete for reps at wide receiver. Lockett is also the leading candidate to return both punts and kicks in 2015.
The other six members of Seattle's eight-person draft class - offensive linemen Terry Poole, Mark Glowinski, and Kristjan Sokoli, cornerback Tye Smith, defensive end Obum Gwacham, and strong safety Ryan Murphy -Â signed with the Seahawks earlier this month.Â
