Sunday night will be the eighth time that the Seahawks will wear the Action Green uniforms since making their debut in a 24-3 win over the L.A. Rams on Thursday Night Football in 2016. The Seahawks have won five of seven matchups when wearing these uniforms.
These uniforms are typically reserved for night games as they have only been worn when the Seahawks are playing in prime time, so the Sunday Night Football in-conference matchup vs. the Packers matchup was the perfect opportunity to wear them for the first time this season. The team last won while wearing this uniform combo in the 2022 season opening win on Monday Night Football against the Denver Broncos.
