Seahawks Women's Association To Host 'Let's Talk Football' Event At Team Headquarters

On October 28, the Seahawks Women’s Association will host ‘Let’s Talk Football’ presented by Safeway, an interactive evening set to provide insight into the world of professional football.

From 6 - 9 p.m. on Saturday, October 28 at Renton's Virginia Mason Athletic Center, the Seahawks Women's Association (SWA) will host 'Let's Talk Football' presented by Safeway, an interactive evening set to provide insight into the world of professional football.

Highlights from the night at Seahawks headquarters include a panel conversation with Seahawks Legends, Film Time with members of the Seahawks broadcast team, and an Insiders discussion on how to work a locker room with Seahawks sideline reporter Jen Mueller.

Each guest will receive a bag of swag featuring, among other items, an autographed mini helmet, while one lucky 12 will leave with two tickets to the team's Week 9 home game against the Washington Redskins. Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, and a silent auction will also be set up for attendees to enjoy.

In honor of domestic violence awareness month, proceeds from the event will go to One Love Foundation, which works to ensure everyone understands the difference between a healthy and unhealthy relationship. The SWA is joining the One Love movement in an effort to bring One Love Foundation to Seattle and its surrounding communities.
