Wednesday Practice Report: Seahawks "Very Healthy" To Open Week 10

A closer look at Wednesday's injury reports for the Seattle Seahawks and Arizona Cardinals ahead of their Week 10 matchup at CenturyLink Field.

The names, or lack thereof, on the Seahawks' first practice report of Week 10 proves Seattle coach Pete Carroll wasn't exaggerating when he said his team is "very healthy" coming off of its Week 9 bye.

Left tackle Russell Okung (toe/ankle), tight end Luke Willson (toe), running back Marshawn Lynch (not injury related), and wide receiver Ricardo Lockette (neck) were the only four names listed on Wednesday's report for Seattle.

Okung, who didn't play in the Seahawks' Week 8 win over the Dallas Cowboys, was a full participant Wednesday and barring a setback should return to action on Sunday night against the Arizona Cardinals. Willson was hurt against the Cowboys and limited Wednesday, but Carroll said he expects the Seahawks tight end to play this weekend. Lynch didn't practice, likely indicating a rest day for the Seahawks running back, as Carroll said Lynch is in "very good shape" earlier Wednesday. And Lockette, of course, has been ruled out of Sunday's game as a result of the surgery he underwent following the neck injury he suffered at Dallas. It's already been announced that Lockette's 2015 season is over, but Seattle has not yet made a move to replace him on its 53-man active roster.

It's also worth noting that wideout Paul Richardson and cornerback Jeremy Lane, each of whom started practicing recently after starting the season on the team's physically unable to perform list, are not listed on Wednesday's practice report because neither player has been added to the active roster yet.

The Cardinals, who are also coming off their bye week, have a few more names on their practice report than the Seahawks, but appear to be in good shape heading into this weekend's contest at CenturyLink Field.
