Wednesday Practice Report: Seattle Seahawks in "Pretty Good Health"

A closer look at Wednesday's practice reports for the Seahawks and Ravens ahead of their Week 14 matchup at Baltimore.

The first practice report of Week 14 is out and as head coach Pete Carroll mentioned during his Wednesday press conference, the Seahawks are in "pretty good health" heading into Sunday's game against the Ravens in Baltimore.

"We're in pretty good health going into this week," Carroll said. "Better than we were a week ago."

At this point, defensive linemen Demarcus Dobbs (concussion) and Jordan Hill (toe) look to be the only Seattle players whose status is uncertain for this week's game after not participating in Wednesday's workout. The pair was injured in the Seahawks' Week 12 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers and after not taking part in a single day of practice last week missed the club's Week 13 win over the Minnesota Vikings.

Outside of Dobbs and Hill, defensive end Cliff Avril (not injury related) did not participate in Wednesday's practice and running back Marshawn Lynch (abdomen) has already been ruled out of this week's game as he continues to rehab from surgery.

For the Ravens, seven players did not participate in Wednesday's session, including quarterback Matt Schaub (chest), who did speak with the Seattle-area media via conference call on Wednesday and is expected to start on Sunday.

Here's a look at Wednesday's complete practice reports for the Seahawks and Ravens:
