Good morning, 12s.
Here's a look at what's "out there" for today - Wednesday, July 27 - about your Seattle Seahawks:
Beast Mode Bobblehead Coming This Fall
For the Washington Husky football fans heading to the team's game against the Cal Bears this fall, this one's for you.
The university where retired Seattle running back Marshawn Lynch played his college ball will be giving away a very unique 'Beast Mode' bobblehead to the first 10,000 fans who attend the Bears' Nov. 5 matchup with the Dawgs.
The trinket features a very memorable - and entertaining - moment from Lynch's career at Berkeley that saw the Oakland native commandeer a training cart and ride it around the field following a 2006 overtime win against the Huskies. Lynch, who entered that season as a Heisman Trophy candidate, ran 21 times for 150 yards and two touchdowns, one of which secured his team's 31-24 victory at California Memorial Stadium.
Tickets to this year's Huskies' game against the Bears in the Bay Area can be found right here.
