Mock Draft Central
Daniel Jeremiah at NFL.com has his post-NFL Combine mock draft, projecting the Seahawks to select wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham at No. 31 overall. At 6-foot-5 and 237 pounds, Green-Beckham caught 13 touchdowns for the Missouri Tigers in 2013 and ran a 4.49 40-yard dash at the combine, but he has a history of off-field incidents. From a talent standpoint, he's drawn comparisons to Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson as a big-bodied down-field target. On Green-Beckham to Seattle at the end of the first round, Jeremiah writes, "The Seahawks were a play away from winning consecutive Super Bowls. Green-Beckham is a play-making machine. If he passes the character tests, this would be a great value selection."
Pat Kirwan at CBSSports.com has his fourth mock draft of the year with South Carolina offensive guard AJ Cann going to the Seahawks at No. 31. Cann stands 6-foot-3, 313 pounds and was a four-year starter for the Gamecocks. On Cann, Kirwan says, "*The Seahawks James Carpenter is a free agent and has issues staying healthy. Cann is a left guard with road grader skills." *
Peter King at TheMMQB.com leads his Tuesday reader mailbag with a post-combine mock draft, but stops after the first 15 picks.
Fun With Helmets
On the heels of the Cleveland Browns' new logo unveiling yesterday, unofficial helmet concepts from designer Paul Bunyan have surfaced that are garnering plenty of attention from fans of the League's 32 teams.

Today's "Tweet of the Day" comes from Seahawks defensive tackle Brandon Mebane, who updates fans on his rehab from the hamstring injury that landed him on injured reserve this past November.
At the NFL Combine last week, Seahawks Executive VP/General Manager John Schneider said he expects the Seahawks' run-stuffer to be ready by the start of the 2015 season.
