The shine of the lights sparkled as Dixie Fraley, the wife of deceased sports agent Robert Fraley, presented the signature gold jacket to 2012 Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee, Seahawks defensive tackle, Cortez Kennedy, as Kennedy was inducted with five other enshinees, August 4th, 2012, in Canton, Ohio.
