Working in the garden that our school created and learning how you can reuse waste and create usable new things, I found very relaxing working with nature and also gives a sense of accomplishment to do something to help our planet for better.

My advice to anyone is to choose kindness, no matter what has happened with others you may never know what has happened in their life and what hardships others had been through. And even thought sometimes it seems easy to get mad at other and stay upset at them forever its always worth the time and patience to work things out with everyone.

My 8th grade science teacher, Mrs. Hall, inspires me because of how hard she works to save our planet from climate change. She has always pushed me to do my very best work and think outside the box. I am so grateful for our opportunity to put solar panels on my middle school, Jason Lee. I am privileged to have her as my teacher and mentor.

While in my STEM class last year I created a Utopian city for the future. I enjoyed getting to start thinking about the future of our world and the communities that will be within that world and how we can make them sustainable by using green ideas. This was exciting to me because I want our world to work to where we are not wasting our natural resources.
