Seahawks Offseason Workout Program: May 10

Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald and president of football operations/general manager John Schneider attended the Annual League Meetings which started on March 30, 2025 in Palm Beach, Fla. All 32 teams attend these meetings each offseason to discuss potential rule changes and the state of the NFL.

The Seahawks hosted the Girl Scouts of Western Washington at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center on Saturday, March 29, for an introductory girls flag football camp and a special women's empowerment panel.

The Seahawks and Delta Air Lines honored Ariyah Jané, Housing Program Manager for Lavender Rights Project (LRP, as the Delta Community Captain on March 28, 2025. Jané is being recognized for her work in the LGBTQUIA+ community. Ariyah's artistry is deeply rooted in her diverse background, driving her to become the founder and CEO of Muses and Moguls. Now, using her passion for the LGBTQUIA+ community, Ariyah leverages her passion for the LGBTQUIA+ community to advance housing justice, provide critical legal advocacy, and develop supportive services that empower Black trans and gender-diverse individuals.
