Seattle Seahawks Sam Darnold Jersey Giveaway

Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"). By participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.
Sweepstakes void where prohibited by law. Subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Directors, officers, members, managers, and employees of Football Northwest LLC d/b/a Seattle Seahawks ("Sponsor"), the National Football League and its member clubs, Instagram, Inc. ("Instagram"), X Corp. ("Twitter"), and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, professional advisors, advertising, promotional, public relations, and fulfillment agencies, consultants, legal counsel, and their immediate family members (spouses, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and "step" child, wherever they may live) are not eligible to win any prize.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 10:00 AM PT on March 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 16, 2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period and meet the requirements in these Official Rules to be eligible to win a prize.

How to Enter: To enter, complete the following steps for any one (1) of the following methods of entry during the Sweepstakes Period:

• Instagram Method of Entry: (i) Log-in or join Instagram at instagram.com and set your account to "public" (joining Instagram is free); (ii) follow the Seahawks Pro Shop account on Instagram (@SeahawksProShop); (iii) "Like" the Sam Darnold Jersey Giveaway post on the @SeahawksProShop Instagram account; and (iv) leave a comment in the comments section of the same Sam Darnold Jersey Giveaway post.
• Twitter/X Method of Entry: (i) Log-in or join Twitter at twitter.com and set your account to "public" (joining Twitter is free); (ii) "Like" the Sam Darnold Jersey Giveaway post on the Seahawks Pro Shop Twitter account (@SeahawksProShop); and (iii) "Retweet" the Sam Darnold Jersey Giveaway post from the @SeahawksProShop account.

Limit: One (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempts to obtain additional entries through multiple or duplicate accounts will result in disqualification of all entries, including the first entry.

Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Sam Darnold Jersey. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $130.

Winner Selection & Notification: On or about March 17, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential winner will be notified via direct message on the social media platform from which they were selected (Instagram or Twitter). The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond to the Sponsor's notification within 48 hours and may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the potential winner fails to respond within the required time period or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded.

Verification of Potential Winner: POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.

Prize Restrictions: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if necessary.

Privacy: Any information you provide in connection with the Sweepstakes will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at https://www.seahawks.com/about/privacy-policy.

Winner List; Rules Request: For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope for arrival after the end of the Sweepstakes Period and no later than one (1) year following the end of the Sweepstakes Period to 12 Seahawks Way, Renton, WA 98056, Attn: Marketing, Sam Darnold Jersey Giveaway.
