Dennis Erickson coached the Seattle Seahawks for four seasons (1995-98) after leading the University of Miami Hurricanes to two national championship titles (1989, 1991), an impressive 63-9 mark, and the highest-ever winning percentage (.875) for a Hurricanes head coach. Prior to his stint at Miami, Erickson served as the head coach for the University of Idaho, The University of Wyoming, and Washington State University.
Throughout the entirety of his college coaching career, Erickson tallied a record of 179-96-1. During his time with the Seahawks, Erickson allotted a win-loss record of 31-33 and a .484 winning percentage. He ranks fifth all-time in both total wins and winning percentage among Seahawks head coaches.
