Bert Kolde is Vice Chair of the Seattle Seahawks and the Portland Trail Blazers and oversees the long-term strategy and business operations of the teams and their affiliates. 
Kolde has been on the Seahawks leadership team for over 25 years. He played an instrumental role in Paul Allen's purchase of the Seahawks, spearheading the legislation and referendum that led to the development of Lumen Field. Bert works closely with Jody Allen on all Seahawks-related matters and serves on the NFL Health and Safety Committee. 
Kolde grew up in Seattle and earned a degree in finance from Washington State University and received his MBA from the University of Washington.
