Nolan Teasley begins his 12th season with the Seahawks, second as assistant general manager, following five seasons as director of pro personnel (2018-22), one season as assistant director of pro personnel (2017) and three seasons as a pro personnel scout (2014-16). He originally joined the Seahawks in 2013 as an intern in the team's scouting department. Within his new role, Teasley oversees football operations while working collaboratively with President of Football Operations/General Manager John Schneider in all aspects of player acquisition via the draft, free agency and trade proposals. He will continue to be involved in the club's draft process throughout and evaluate talent from NFL rosters and practice squads throughout the year. In his previous role, he and the pro scouting staff were integral in the team's strategy for attacking unrestricted free agency, the undrafted free agent process and year-round trade analysis. Among his prior duties, he scouted future opponents, coordinated free agent visits and tryouts, and monitored NFL transactions. Originally hailing from Ellensburg, Wash., Teasley and his wife, Morgan, live in Gig Harbor with their four sons, Cruz, Jax, Jude and Nash.
