Entering his seventh season with the club, Paimon Jaberi serves as the Vice President of Business Strategy & Analytics. In his role, Paimon oversees the business strategy and analytics team, which provides strategic, analytical, and systems support to each department of the Seahawks' business operations. He is responsible for leading a best-in-class analytics function focused on driving the fan experience, revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and leveraging insights to shape the club's strategy. Paimon joined the Seahawks part-time in 2017 and became a Business Intelligence Analyst in 2018. He was promoted to director in 2021 before elevating to his current position of vice president in April of 2024. Paimon played football at Willamette University, earning a degree in Economics, and an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management. He is a native of Bainbridge Island, Wash.
