COLLEGE: Richardson played at Washington State in 2023 after transferring from Texas, and had a productive one season with the Cougars, recording 62 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, one sack and a forced fumble in 12 games. Richardson, who is from Klein, Texas, began his college career at New Mexico State, earning Freshman All-American honors from the Football Writers Association of America before eventually transferring to Texas, where he spent two seasons.
PERSONAL: Richardson was an All-District 15-6A selection as a senior at Klein High School. He helped lead the Bearkats to back-to-back winning seasons during his final two years. Ranked as the No. 109 outside linebacker and No. 234 prospect out of Texas by 247Sports and rated the No. 146 outside linebacker and No. 297 prospect out of Texas.
