Seattle Seahawks Donating Mobile Tickets
Step #1
Log into Seahawks Account Manager on a web browser using the email associated with your ticket account.
Forgot your password? Select the Forgot Password option to reset it. You can choose to receive an email or text-message with a one-time code to reset your password. Enter the code and set your new password to log in.
*Donate ticket functionality isn't currently available on the Seahawks Mobile App, but still easily available by signing in on a web browser on your phone, tablet, laptop or computer.

Select Manage Tickets to view your games and click Select Event for the game you wish to donate tickets for.

Tap the More button in the upper right hand corner to unlock the Donate button. Click the Donate button to proceed.

Check the boxes for the seats you'd like to donate and click Continue.
Step #5
In the drop down to Select Your Charity, there will be one option to select Vet Tix. Select Continue to proceed and transfer your tickets to Vet Tix. No further contact information is needed.
To receive a tax receipt for your donation, you can request one through Vet Tix here. Scroll down and tap the I Have A Donation Question button to enter your ticket donation information and request a receipt.

What is Vet Tix?
Vet Tix provides tickets to all branches of currently-serving Military and Veterans, including immediate family of troops KIA. To learn more about their mission and ticket donation program, visit vettix.org.
When is the deadline to donate tickets before a game?
You can donate your tickets up to 48 hours before kickoff. This allows time for Vet Tix to distribute them.
Can I select which seats I want to donate?
Yes, you will have the option to select which seats you want to donate during the transfer process.
I don’t see the Donate Ticket option in my app. Where do I find it?
Donate ticket functionality isn't currently available on the Seahawks Mobile App, but still easily available by signing into Seahawks Account Manager powered by Ticketmaster on a web browser on your phone, tablet, laptop or computer. Within your preferred game, Select the More button to view the Donate option.
Can I get a receipt for my ticket donation?
Yes. To receive a tax receipt for your donation, you can request one through Vet Tix here. Scroll down and tap the I Have A Donation Question button to enter your ticket donation information and request a receipt.
