Ticket Policies
Accessible Seating Location
The Seahawks have made it top priority to accommodate the needs of our guests with disabilities. We welcome members of our disabled community to Lumen Field, which is fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Lumen Field is designed with accessible parking, accessible vehicle drop off areas, power assisted doors, restrooms, concessions, water fountains, ATMs, seating areas, as well as in-stadium captioning.
Accessible Seating Location Ticket Fraud
Accessible Seating Location ticket fraud includes, but is not limited to, the misrepresentation of a disability. Management reserves the right to take appropriate action regarding misrepresentation, which may result in relocation, revocation of tickets or ejection.
Personal Care Attendant Policy
Lumen Field will provide complimentary admission for government-funded personal care attendants (PCAs) whose attendance is required to enable ticketed guests with severe disabilities (i.e., individuals who require around-the-clock assistance with all aspects of daily life) to attend events. Depending on the nature of the event and the location of the guest's seat, the PCA will either be provided a seat or will be directed to a location in proximity to the guest where the PCA may stand (which may or may not be in view of the event). The PCA shall not participate in any services and attractions separate and apart from the guest who requires the assistance of the PCA.
Any request for complimentary admission for a PCA must be made at the time of purchase of the guest's ticket and through the Seahawks Ticket Office at 888-635-4295 or CustomerService@Seahawks.com.
If Lumen Field discovers that the guest or PCA has misrepresented the purpose of the PCA's attendance, or that the PCA has acted as a guest instead of performing the functions of the PCA while at an event, Lumen Field reserves the right to take all appropriate action including ejecting both the PCA and guest from the event and barring the PCA and guest from future entry.
Service Animals
Service animals or those in training for guests with disabilities are permitted in Lumen Field.
However, due to tight seating arrangements and means of egress issues for large numbers of fans, the Seahawks reserve the right to relocate patrons with service animals to the closest accessible seating area. We strongly urge patrons who plan to bring a service animal to a Seahawks game at Lumen Field to contact the Seahawks Ticket Office ahead of time at 888-635-4295 or CustomerService@Seahawks.com to discuss any potential seating accommodations.

Children's Tickets
Children who have celebrated their third birthday are required to have a ticket to gain admittance to a Seahawks game. Children under three years of age are not required to have a ticket provided they sit on an adult's lap. As a courtesy to all fans and to comply with fire regulations, children should not sit in the aisles or walkways. There are no discounted tickets available for children.

There are approximately 700 disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed throughout all areas and price levels of Lumen Field. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Disabled seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single game basis. Playoff Tickets
Season Ticket Holders will have the first right of refusal in purchasing their current seat location for playoff games hosted by the Seattle Seahawks.
Priority Date
Every season ticket account is assigned a priority date to represent their current tenure as a Season Ticket Holder; the priority date is based on the date you purchased your tickets. Your priority date gives you preference during seat relocations, upgrades, and purchase of playoff tickets. If you wish to cancel your seats for a season and reapply in the future, you will forfeit your original priority date.
Reselling Tickets
Current ticket holders can post their tickets for resale securely on Ticketmaster's NFL Ticket Exchange. You can visit their website or access your tickets directly through Seahawks Account Manager to post them for resale. Tickets are not guaranteed to resell, but we recommend posting them at least a few weeks ahead of the game and at current market rate for the best opportunity. If your tickets sell, your profits will be deposited to your selected payout option within 7-10 days of the sale.
Please note that if you resell tickets you will receive a notice from Ticketmaster to complete a Form 1099-K. This is required by the IRS and must be completed in order to receive your resale profits.
Revocable License
Your ticket is a revocable license, and may be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of the Seattle Seahawks. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations and policies of the Seattle Seahawks and the National Football League. Your tickets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to the following: failure to meet payment deadlines, misrepresentation of tickets and violating the Fan Code of Conduct including drunk or disorderly conduct, harassment of other guests and obscene behavior.
Seat Relocation & Additional Seats
Season Ticket Holders can elect to participate in the seat relocation process within along with their annual season ticket renewal via Seahawks Account Manager. Requests to participate must be submitted prior to the initial renewal deadline date.

Super Bowl Tickets
Should the Seahawks make it to the Super Bowl, Season Ticket Holders will automatically be entered in a weighted lottery drawing to purchase Super Bowl tickets. As a non-participating team, the Seahawks receive a very limited number of tickets; therefore, we are unable to offer tickets to Season Ticket Holders or the general public.
