The Seahawks are proud to participate in the Allstate HBCU Legacy Bowl Career Fair, presented by the Black College Football Hall of Fame. The Career Fair provides job opportunities and career counseling to HBCU juniors, seniors, and recent graduates - helping organizations like us hire talented new graduates.

2024 Diversity Champions

The Seattle Seahawks are proud to be named the 2024 Diversity Champions by the Puget Sound Business Journal. We remain committed to furthering diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization, community, and beyond. Kulture City's Sports Venue of the Year Award

Kulture City is the nation's leading nonprofit on sensory accessibility and acceptance for those with invisible disabilities. Together with Kulture City, we redesigned Ben's Room at Lumen Field: a space where we proudly accommodate fans with sensory challenges. Lumen Field was awarded Kulture City's Sports Venue of the Year Award 2023 for the refresh of the sensory room "Ben's Room" this room has offered comfort and safety while at Seahawks games and other 2023 events since its remodel.

Truth And Purpose Tour

The Institute for Common Power Truth & Purpose Learning Tours are profound journeys through the American South and through self, committed to fighting the assault on truth that is occurring in cities across the country. Aspects of our collective history that are too often dismissed, ignored, or denied, are explored. With a central focus on the modern American Civil Rights Movement, the Truth and Purpose journey will place the movement in historical context.

Originally launched in 2019, the sensory room at Lumen Field has been updated and renamed "Ben's Room" after the son of John & Traci Schneider.
