The Seahawks and Vale Group, in partnership with EmpowerHER and SOAR, hosted the 4th annual Women's Summit—an inspiring day dedicated to recognizing and uplifting the incredible women in our organization. In 2024, the Seahawks embarked on their second Truth and Purpose tour to the South with Common Power, along with two teachers and Seahawks Legend Michael Bennett. This was their experience.

The Seahawks celebrated Black history month with many events which included a happy hour with the Seahawks at local Black-owned business, Taste of the Caribbean, an employee book club where employees read Lynda Blackmon Lowery's book Turning 15 on the Road to Freedom, a visit with local high schoolers and middle schoolers to the Northwest African American Museum and a panel discussion to honor Black college football pioneer, Eddie Robinson with Seahawks Legends.
