The Seahawks will be without running backs Kenneth Walker III and DeeJay Dallas for Sunday's game against the Panthers. Both are inactive due to ankle injuries suffered in last week's win over the Rams, injuries that kept them out of practice all week.
Also inactive is starting defensive end Shelby Harris, who is out due to illness.
As expected, receiver DK Metcalf, safety Ryan Neal and tight end Will Dissly are all active after being listed as questionable Friday. All three were able to practice Friday and Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said all should be good to go.
With Walker and Dallas both inactive, the Seahawks will have three running backs available—Travis Homer, Tony Jones Jr. and Godwin Igwebuike, who will be making his Seahawks debut after being elevated from the practice squad on Saturday.
Active for the first time this season is linebacker Jon Rhattigan, who was activated from the physically unable to perform list on Saturday. Rhattigan, who signed with the Seahawks as an undrafted rookie out of Army last year, was a key special teams contributor before tearing his ACL late in the season, recording 10 tackles in 14 games.
Here are the inactives for both teams:
