On Friday, the NFL, in collaboration with Nike, announced a "Rivalries" program that will feature new uniforms for the Seahawks and seven other teams this upcoming season.

The NFC West (Arizona Cardinals, Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Seahawks) and AFC East (Buffalo Bills, Miami Dolphins, New England Patriots and New York Jets) will be the first two divisions to participate in this new program. Each team will wear a uniform that is unique to and inspired by their local community and rooted in the history of the city. The new uniform will just be worn once during the season, at a home game, against a division rival.

Renie Anderson, chief revenue officer at the NFL said, "The NFL is home to some of the biggest football rivalries and today marks a historical moment for the NFL as we share 'Rivalries' with the world. Together with Nike, we are harnessing the power of rivalry matchups to bring fan excitement and community pride to the next level. Through specially designed player uniforms and limited-edition fan gear, we will embark on a journey that inspires competitive spirit and reveals the winner in all of us."

This year's Rivalries uniforms will be revealed prior to the first rivalry game. Designated AFC East and NFC West Rivalries games will be announced at a later date following the 2025 NFL Schedule Release.

The new uniform will be part of the Seahawks uniform lineup for the next three years and in addition to the "Rivalries" uniform, the Action Green and Throwback uniform will still remain in Seattle's rotation, in addition to the team's standard white and College Navy uniform.
