1987: Dave Krieg passes for two touchdowns and runs for a third and the defense holds the Chargers to 156 yards in a 34-3 victory at the Kingdome. The win proves to be vital in the strike-interrupted season, as the Seahawks advance to the playoffs with a 9-6 record and the Chargers finish 8-7.

1981: Lloyd Burruss returns an interception 46 yards for a touchdown and Billy Jackson scores on a pair of shorts run as the Chiefs slap the Seahawks with a 40-13 loss at Arrowhead Stadium. The Seahawks only touchdown comes on a 30-yard pass from Jim Zorn to Steve Largent.

2009: In a vintage performance, Brett Favre throws for four touchdowns – including two to former Seahawk Sidney Rice – and completes 22 of 25 passes as the Vikings hand the Seahawks a 35-9 loss at the Metrodome. Nate Burleson and Justin Forsett combine to catch 14 passes for 180 yards, but Seahawks gain 4 yards on 12 running plays.
