Scot McCloughan rejoins the Seahawks as senior personnel executive. McCloughan originally came to the club in 2000, as director of college scouting, but left in 2005 to join the San Francisco 49ers – first as vice president of football operations (2005-07) and then as general manager (2008-09). He currently works as general manager of the Washington Redskins.
