Seahawks Announce Week 11 Captains vs. The 49ers

The Seahawks announced three players as Week 11 captains ahead of their matchup against the San Francisco 49ers at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday.

Each week during the 2024 season, different captains will be named heading into the matchup.

Here are the three captains for Week 11 of the 2024 season:

  • Jaxon Smith-Njigba
  • Boye Mafe
  • Cody White

After getting his first Seahawks debut in Week 9 against the Los Angeles Rams, which turned out to be a memorable one for the receiver, Cody White was signed from the practice squad in Week 11 and will also serve as captain for the game. Jaxon Smith-Njigba also had himself a big game in Week 9, finishing with a career high two touchdowns and 180 receiving yards. Boye Mafe will round out the captain trio for Sunday's matchup and this is the first time that Mafe, Smith-Njigba and White will be captains.
