The Seahawks kick off the 2024 season at Lumen Field on Sunday against the Brocnos. Before kickoff, the pregame duties of flag raiser will be handled by Seahawks Legend Kam Chancellor. This is his second time raising the 12 Flag, after doing the honors in 2018.
As a Seahawk, Chancellor put up impressive numbers during his eight seasons in Seattle including 607 tackles, 44 passes defensed, 12 interceptions and nine forced fumbles. As far as awards go, he was a four-time Pro-Bowler and two-time second-team All-Pro, a two-time winner of the team's Steve Largent Award, Chancellor was also a three-time team captain.
Chancellor now owns a restaurant in Bellevue called Legion Sports Bar, in partnership with Seahawks Legend Richard Sherman and restaurateur Leilani Wong.
