Seahawks Legend Kam Chancellor played for the Seahawks from 2010-2017 and was part of a defensive group on the Super Bowl XLVIII team affectionately known as the Legion of Boom. Chancellor now has the opportunity to be part of the gameday experience again, this time with food. A kitchen called Bam Bam Smash Burger will be opened and available for fans this season at Seahawks games. Bam Bam Smash Burger will feature food like Legion's Cajun Shrimp Basket, cajun fries, and of course a smash burger.
"I'm really excited to share my upcoming projects and keep connecting with the fans. I love bringing people together through delicious food, and I can't wait to show everyone," Chancellor said.
Last year in October, Chancellor, former teammate, Richard Sherman and restaurateur Leilani Wong opened a restaurant in Bellevue, Wash. called Legion Sports Bar. And for his Bam Bam Smash Burger kitchen, he wanted to bring a similar style of food to the stadium.
"Having a diverse menu is key—there's gotta be something for everyone! You'll get a little preview of that at Lumen Field. Our menu at Legion is packed with options to satisfy all tastes."
The menu at Lumen Field includes food options that showcase the "southern and Americana vibes" of the menu from Legion Sports Bar. The menu items were created in collaboration with Kam Chancellor and Legion Sports Bar. The kitchen can be found in section 122 at Lumen Field.
- Bam Bam Smash Burger: A traditional smash burger from the menu at Legion, featuring double American cheese, Cajun onions, pickles and dijonnaise sauce

- Seattle Smash Burger: A play on the famous "Seattle Dog," this burger features double angus beef patties, double white American cheese with Seattle jalapeno cream cheese spread and grilled onions
And the idea for the signature smash burger? It came from an idea at his restaurant.
"We realized that our restaurant Legion in Bellevue needed a top-notch Smash Burger. The Bam Bam Smash was a no-brainer for us. You really have to stand behind what you serve, and the Bam Bam Smash is definitely one of our best sellers."
