Renton, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have released tight end RaShaun Allen and defensive tackle Robert Thomas and signed tight end Harold Spears and defensive end Julius Warmsley to the 10-man practice squad, the team announced this afternoon.

Spears was signed as an undrafted rookie free agent in May by the Pittsburgh Steelers, and has also spent time with Green Bay and New Orleans this season. Warmsley spent training camp in Seattle but was released during final cuts on September 5.

Allen played one game last season with Seattle and spent this season on the team's practice squad. Thomas signed to the practice squad on September 7.
