Seahawks Make Roster Moves

The Seattle Seahawks have released defensive tackle David King and claimed defensive tackle A.J. Francis off waivers (Miami).

Renton, Wash. -The Seattle Seahawks have released defensive tackle David King and claimed defensive tackle A.J. Francis off waivers (Miami), the team announced this afternoon.

Francis signed with Miami as an undrafted rookie free agent on May 3, 2013. He was released after training camp, signed to New England's practice squad before returning to the Dolphins active roster, where he was inactive for the final five games of the season. He spent last season on injured reserve and played in one game this season for Miami, collecting one tackle.

Seattle signed King on December 11, 2014 from Cincinnati's practice squad and played in seven games in his Seahawks career with four tackles (two solo) and 1.5 sacks.
